The Process
I got your back! The process is quite simple but powerful, it will give you a framework to go from the idea to a successful launch.

This is not an assembly line. More like an artisan shop.
I don’t work on many projects at the same time, I focus on few projects per year. This gives me the focus and time to deliver a high-value membership site that matches your goals and personality.
After I receive your contact info, I’ll send you a detailed form to get a better picture of you, your audience, your goals, and everything in between.
The info will help me understand how can I help you.
We’ll schedule a call to get to know each other and to discuss the project.
This an important step, we can talk and see if we are a good fit.
Usually this call is made using Google Meet or Zoom.
I’ll prepare a custom proposal for your project.
I’ll give a fixed price. Once your quote is locked in, it doesn’t change. No hidden fees or surprises.
We’ll sign a secure, legally binding (and convenient) digital contract.
This document contains everything you need to know about the legal part of this.
There is a 30% payment due to reserve the time slot, and another 30% due when we start working on the project.
You’ll receive access to a project management tool called Basecamp where every aspect of the development will be handle.
A deep understanding of your goals is the key to setting your project up for success.
The discovery session set the ground to get clarity around those goals and take the best approach to get you there.
Save time and money with a clear roadmap.
I take a content-first approach.
This part is essential; content is everything on a membership site.
You will provide a word or google doc with the text for your new site. Don’t worry if you don’t have it yet or need help, I can recommend an experienced copywriter for the task.
After the content is ready, I will generate a sitemap, plan the pages and user flows tailored for your goals and audience.
I work alongside the designer of your choice to plan and execute a good design.
If you don’t have a design ready don’t worry I can recommend an expert designer to help you with this task.
We get started by setting up WordPress on stage server, where you can view all the live progress.
We start implementing the design to your theme, adding the functionalities, and lastly the content.
I will test the site before we go live to make sure everything works as expected.
I’ll test everything to verify all contact forms, integrations, plugins, links, and email addresses are working correctly.
After we do the testing on the staging server a 20% payment is due.
Now your site is about to be launch. There is a final 20% payment due before the launch, I will upload your new membership site to the live server and point it to your domain.
Your site is ready for your audience to explore and subscribe!
I will train you to use the platform.
You’ll be able to add, update and remove any content you want.
You’ll receive complete training about how to use WordPress and the membership platform.
Grab a pizza and let’s celebrate the journey.
You made it!
Tell me about the project. I’ll reply within 24 hours.
Building a bespoke membership website requires more than making things look pretty or writing clean code. I take your goals seriously, I dig deeper into your audience, ensuring you get a platform you’re happy with.
If you’re still doubting about filling the form maybe this frequently asked question might help you decide.

Yes, I do. At the end of the project, we can discuss how I can continue to support your business.
For every website project, the payment is usually split into 3 parts: 30% deposit to book your slot, 35% at the start of the project, and 35% at the end of the project.
I split bigger projects into multiple stages. You pay 100% upfront for the current stage that we’re working on.
